• To get the most out of your candle, burn until melted wax reaches the edges of the vessel. This takes about 3 hours for our 5oz candles.

• Soy wax has a “memory” and will burn in the funnel created by the first melt pool. When lighting your candle, allow yourself enough time (3-4 hours) for the wax to melt to the edges of your vessel!

• Burn within sight on a level, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts.

• Trim wick to 1/4” before relighting.

• Keep away from children, pets, and flammable objects.

• To get the strongest scent throw from your candle, burn in a smaller space like a bedroom, bathroom, or home office.

• Ships within the United States only.

• Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped by USPS First Class mail.

• No returns accepted at this time. We are confident in the quality and throws of our candles, but if you receive a scent that is not your cup of tea, these candles make great gifts!

• If your candle arrives unusable*, please reach out within 14 days of your package’s arrival so that we can remedy the issue. You will be asked to provide photographic proof of damage in a followup email, so be sure to document it! *Tiny dents in the candle’s tin container may occur during shipping, but this will not impact the product’s efficacy.
